ROBERTS - Handbuilt Lightweight Cycles and Frames

ROBERTS CYCLES

Update Autumn 2019

Chas Roberts is alive and well and remains on sabbatical from frame building. As always, Twitter (@RobertsCycles) remains the best source for news or updates regarding Chas and ROBERTS Cycles.

Chas encourages anyone in the market for a steel bicycle frame - built to the same exacting specifications as a ROBERTS - to contact Adrian Parry, a master builder at ROBERTS Cycles for more than 25 years, currently creating frames and bicycles as Six Four Frameworks, in Warlingham, Surrey. You can get more information here.

In addition, Brian - the mechanic from ROBERTS Cycles - is available to work on customers' bikes. He can be commissioned to undertake services, upgrades, set-up, strip-down and managing refurbishment works from start to finish. Contact us by email with as much information as you can - please include your full contact details and a telephone number.

For any other information regarding ROBERTS custom frames, refurbishment, rebuilds, repair and resprays, please contact us by email.

If you require information about an existing ROBERTS bicycle or frame, please check out the article here first. For frames with a 5- or 6-digit serial number on the underside of the bottom bracket shell, it may be possible to obtain - at a cost (currently £15 per serial number if we can find the relevant records in our files) - original build notes. However, we cannot guarantee that any specific enquiry (e.g. frame tube specifications) will be answered by the information we can find.

Please contact us by email with your bike/frame information and full contact details.
